Hi, I'm Mandy Cinnamon.
I'm a Human Resources and Operations professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build strong teams, improve processes, and create positive workplace experiences.
My career has taken me through healthcare, hospitality, and multi-location operations, where I've had the opportunity to partner with business owners, executives, managers, and employees at every level. I've recruited and onboarded talent, developed policies and procedures, coached leaders through challenging employee situations, and built HR programs that support both people and business goals.
My approach starts with listening, asking questions, and understanding what success looks like for your business. Every organization is different. Every team has its own challenges, opportunities, and goals.
I enjoy helping organizations solve problems. Whether it's improving a hiring process, addressing employee relations concerns, creating structure where none exists, or helping leaders navigate growth, I believe practical solutions and strong relationships make all the difference.
