Hi, I'm Mandy Cinnamon.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work alongside business owners, leaders, and employees in organizations of all sizes. What I've learned is that most workplace challenges aren't just HR issues—they're people issues, communication issues, leadership issues, and process issues.
I've spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate those challenges. From supporting multi-location operations and managing recruiting efforts to developing HR programs, improving processes, and overseeing workers' compensation and general liability claims, I've always been drawn to work that helps businesses create structure, solve problems, and support their people.
Over the years, I noticed a common need among small and growing businesses. Many organizations need experienced HR guidance, but they don't necessarily need—or have the budget for—a full-time HR executive. What they need is a trusted partner who can provide practical advice, help them navigate challenges, and support their growth.
